How pricing works

This is intentionally simple.

There are two parts to the relationship:

  1. A one-time setup to begin the work

  2. Ongoing planning, billed either as a flat fee or through asset management

No commissions. No product sales. No surprises.


Ongoing planning

Every client relationship starts with comprehensive, tax-first planning.

  • $3,000 per year, billed at $250/month

  • Covers ongoing planning, coordination, reviews, and real-time decision support


When assets are managed

Once managed assets exceed $300,000, the planning fee is waived.

At that point, pricing shifts to:

  • 1.00% on the first $1M

  • 0.85% on $1M–$3M

  • 0.70% above $3M

Planning doesn’t change.
The way it’s billed does.


Getting started

To begin the engagement, there is a one-time $300 start fee.

This covers onboarding, data gathering, and building the first version of your plan so we can work from a clear, shared foundation.

Paid after the first meeting and before the second meeting, once we’ve confirmed the fit.


What this structure avoids

  • No commissions

  • No product sales

  • No incentives to recommend one strategy over another
